ArcSLAMM Package Download

The ArcSLAMM package is a set of ArcGIS script tools organized in a single toolbox as well as a set of database files and user guide documentation. The purpose of the ArcSLAMM package is to provide geoprocessing functionality that will allow the urban stormwater quality model WinSLAMM (Source Loading and Management Model for Windows) to be more efficiently applied for small to moderate sized urban watersheds. The tools in the ArcSLAMM toolbox are meant to be used as part of a workflow that results in the creation of WinSLAMM compliant database files that can be used in WinSLAMM for individual modeling or batch processing of multiple drainage areas or catchments. The ArcSLAMM tools work with a customized intelligent geodatabase created to allow easy creation of WinSLAMM compliant files.

The zipped materials in ArcSLAMM v1 below constitute the ArcSLAMM Package developed to work with WinSLAMM version 10.1.x. That ArcSLAMM package has been tested using ArcGIS 10.2.1 (Advanced Edition), the Spatial Analyst extension and WinSLAMM v10.1.1.

The zipped materials in ArcSLAMM v2 below constitute the ArcSLAMM Package developed to work with WinSLAMM version 10.3.x That ArcSLAMM package has been tested using ArcGIS 10.4.1, the Spatial Analyst extension and WinSLAMM v10.3.217.

Major changes to WinSLAMM database formats in future versions could render the database files created with these versions unusable.  The GeoTREE Center intends to endeavor to work with PV & Associates in the future to keep the software working together so watch for new versions here if you upgrade to a new version of WinSLAMM.

The starting point after downloading and unzipping the package should be the UserGuide_ArcSLAMM.pdf file in the \documents folder.

The ArcSLAMM package was originally developed with funding from the Iowa Water Center (http://www.water.iastate.edu/). Continued development and improvement of the ArcSLAMM package has been provided by PV&Associates and the Iowa Department of Agriculture and Land Stewardship's (http://www.iowaagriculture.gov/) State Soil Conservation Committee Research and Development Grant.
